INTRODUCTION OF BASIC COMPUTER APPLICATIONS

Basic computer skills are very important for everyone to possess in this modern age. This is due to the high industry demand of graduates who are not only able to perform their duties well but are also computer savvy.The basic computer skills allows us to be computer literate where we can do our work fast and efficient. The basic computer skills that I have applied are Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Internet, Google Drive, Emails and many more. I was able to improve, sharpened my skills and those skills helped me during my college days and internship period. This computer knowledge and skills are very useful for my daily life and usage.
The computer skills I've learnt in that very class are Microsoft office tools, Google Drive and Gmail and this I have applied it into my daily life up until internship where it has proved to be very helpful to me in completing my task. I believed that this skill will further help me in my future work.
My Personal Reflection:
Computer skills are very important in workplace and everyday life. This subject has reflected and taught me many basic computer skills and applications that have helped me so much in my everyday life. I was able to use my Microsoft software skills, email and internet skills and also the keyboarding skills. I was able to apply the knowledge that was taught to me by my lecturer to further improve myself and help me sharpened my basic computer skills. I was able to fully apply and utilize my Microsoft Word, Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint. I used google drive, google account and was able to create my own creative way of presentation style. All these knowledge taught and gained have helped me during my 2 ½ years in both Saito University College and my internship place. These knowledge will be very useful for me for my everyday life in the future as we move more towards the advance technology world.
