Finding online recruitment channels / websites to post ads on job vacancy in Safeguards as well as communicating with the customer service from other recruitment channels and getting on more details and getting the quotations for posting.

I personally found and created an account under skootjobs.com which is now being used as one of their main recruitment channel for posting ads / job vacancy. I have also posted job vacancy into the website.

On this Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri website, I helped in e-filling by keying in all data of the employees for PCB (potongan cukai bulanan), EPF (employee provident fund), Gross Porfit, Sosco and allowance of Amshore Holdings. I also key in gross pay, passport number/IC number, employee provident fund, SOSCO and also PCB for employees. I updated all the employees’ status and details on the LHDN website


I checked on the statutory payment 2018 for Samudra Timur, Central Portfolio, Goldmaal, Amshore Holding and Summit Teamtrade from the month of January to March for the documentations of EPF, LHDN, SOSCO, ZAKAT, LEVY AND EIS (employee insurance system).
I access to the payroll system for Amshore, Summit, Samudra Timur which I used to get the company’s address and number to write on letters for send out by GDEX.


This is me doing the post-mortem for the Inter-Futsal tournament event to see the stocks used, budget, and did report to analyze and give feedback to improve the future events organized by the company
I gave my supervisor Ms. Pervin a list of places that I had come up with which had ranking from the highest hot spot to the lowest hot spot of homeless people in the area places in Petaling Jaya to conduct the CSR feed the homeless program.

ESIMS (Kementerian Dalam Negeri). I was assigned a task to key in the details of 151 number of Nepalese employee for Multi Meridian company.



I compiled the Job Description(JD) for all the position in the Safeguards Group. There are total of 31 active companies in Safeguards Group local and international. I checked to see if each company has provided the Job Descriptions for the positions that exists in their company. I match the mismatch Job Descriptions and the staff lists in payroll then I filed the Job Descriptions from the highest ranking to the lowest ranking of each department in an organization after which I separated the companies Job Descriptions by using my own method of partitioning the files which I had to file it all in a proper and organized manner.

I created a master list containing all the companies under Safeguards that had send in their JDs, this way it would make it easier for people to find the information they needed of a particular company easier.

I have also keyed in the medical certificate details of employees into their company system for Safeguards employees ( https://www.iloginhr.com/eoffice/login.aspx ) which I then helped to scan all the documents and the medical certificate of the employees from the clinics.

I was then asked by my supervisor Mr.Saiful to help/assist Ms Lashvini (an intern) as she was assigned to find out the hotel prices, accommodations and quotation details from hotels at Cameron Highlands for management trainees


I also helped Dato Cheah in folding the Rexberry and RexCoco shirts and separating it according to different sizes and arranged them neatly into a cupboard in his room. I then assisted Dato Cheah in giving my opinion and discussing with him for the RexCoco Drink packaging idea.


I joined Command Centre and the meeting, by observing and learning everything about the system. I attended the Command Centre every day for two (2) weeks. Ms Shanen is guiding me on the system and teaching me about their role and what they do in Command Centre

The Command Centre meeting takes place every morning. Ms. Shanen was in charged for MPA Cambodia, Bholat Myanmar, Lanka Sri Lanka, Multi Meridian while Mr. Syawal was in charge for SGS Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh at Vietnam as well as SSC Cambodia. Ms. Shanen and Mr. Syawal taught me about the command centre, the details they keyed in, calculations the process and more




I attended the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) : Feed The Homeless Program organized by MPA Info Solutions Sdn Bhd with my supervisor Mr.Saiful and Miss Pervin alongside with the core team from Tev Trading Sdn Bhd lead by Mr.Naga where I worked together with them at Kota Raya every fortnightly.
